Who we are

FVY is a small studio that edits short-form video and makes motion graphics for brands and creators: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, podcast clips, talking-head videos, animated logos, titles and explainers. It is run by FVY in Lithuania. This notice covers this website and the emails and bookings that come through it. Questions go to hello@fvy.studio.

What this site collects

Nothing about you, by default. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking pixels. The example clips are plain video files served from this site, and no video is loaded through YouTube or another embedded player.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short technical logs of each visit (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and running. We don’t use them to identify anyone.

Fonts

The site’s typeface, Archivo, is served from this site. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other font service.

When you use the form

The form on the home page asks what you shot, where it will run and when you need it. By default it opens your own email app with those answers filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

When you email us

We use your email address and what you send only to reply and to work on your project. Mail to our fvy.studio addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details. We keep project emails while we need them for the work and our records, for two years after the project ends, then delete them.

Footage and files you send

The raw footage, logos and references you send for an edit are used only for that project. We store them in Google Drive and delete them three months after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them for future work. We show your work publicly, for example in our showreel, only with your permission.

Analytics

There are none at the moment. If we add visitor statistics, we will use a tool that sets no cookies and doesn’t follow you across other sites, and we will update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@fvy.studio and we will answer within one month. If you live in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

When something here changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
